Brief - To design and manufacture a suitable modular washroom system to be installed onto an offshore liquid gas rig within a short lead time.

Solution - We designed and manufactured suitable external boxes to meet the clients specification. Using our existing designs for the shell and adapting the interior layout, we created one with 4 urinals, 2 hand basins, the other 3 cubicles, 2 hand basins. The boxes were built for use with our vacuum technology, this enables them to use less water, being more economical and having less wastage as storage is minimal on the offshore facility.

Testimonial -" Thank you for designing and supplying a solution to match the project's very specific brief. The fact that the application was for an offshore liquid natural gas platform posed obvious challenges. The guidance we were given by your Technical Director David Featherstone and Technician Cliff Jones was invaluable along with the manual created specifically for our equipment. We would like to congratulate your company on fulfilling this particular project within such a very short timescale particularly given the time of year."
